If you are not satisfied with SiteBrief for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period, except within the 30-day guarantee window.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@sitebrief.net with your account email and order details. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The account has violated our Terms of Service.
  • The refund request is made after 30 days of the original purchase.
  • A refund has already been issued for the same subscription previously.
